Shipping & Delivery
Pre-orders are estimated to ship on or before July 1, 2026. While we anticipate delivery around July 3rd — just in time for the July 4th holiday — actual delivery depends on your selected shipping method. That said, we vet and contract with various raw materials vendors and cannot guarantee that each item will be identical in weight, color, or finish. Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a pre-order and receive a 95% refund due to potential handling and or banking fees. However, if no such fees are incurred, we will gladly issue a full 100% refund. We believe in being fair and transparent with our customers.
Return Policy
Because we stand behind our product — this item is non-refundable once delivered. This is a custom branded product, made with the highest possible quality that we can bring to the market at a reasonable cost. Once delivered, this product cannot be accepted for return or resale, as we want every customer to have full assurance that their product is authentic and came directly from us.
If, however, your item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with video and photographic documentation via our Contact Form. Documentation must include clear images of the damaged item as well as the exterior shipping packaging and any visible damage to the box or mailer, as this is required to support carrier claims.
