All Sales Are Final
Because we stand behind our product — all items sold on hokkyokuarashi.com are non-refundable once delivered. Our products are custom branded, made with the highest possible quality that we can bring to the market at a reasonable cost. We are fully transparent about our product quality and materials, giving you all the information needed to make an informed decision before purchasing.
Once delivered, our products cannot be accepted for return or resale, as we want every customer to have full assurance that their product is authentic and came directly from us.
This policy exists to protect every customer. Playing cards and game components are personal-use items that, once opened and handled, cannot be verified as unaltered. Our ceramic game chips and card decks are premium branded components — accepting returns would create an unacceptable risk of counterfeit substitution or tampering, which would compromise the integrity of every product we sell. Your sealed, authentic product is our promise to you.
Damaged or Materially Different Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with video and photographic documentation via our Contact Form. Documentation must include clear images of the damaged item as well as the exterior shipping packaging and any visible damage to the box or mailer, as this is required to support carrier claims. We will review your claim and, if valid, work to resolve it through a replacement or appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
Please note that variations in weight, color, or finish within acceptable tolerances are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or replacement.
Pre-Order Purchases
Pre-order items are subject to the same no-refund policy. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that fulfillment timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. Once an order has entered fulfillment processing, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. For pre-orders not yet in fulfillment, cancellation requests are considered at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
